I remember committing to my own practice, a morning ritual I've had for several years now and it really sets up my day.
I’ve been sharing bits and pieces of this with people over the past while... sending exercises, meditations, recording short sessions, offering what I do myself in a very informal way.
And I’ve noticed something… I keep coming back to the same rhythm
Strength, mobility, breath, meditation.
Simple things, done consistently, that genuinely support the whole body, the whole being.
So I’ve started...
...The Whole Body Experiment
A small beta group, a space to explore what it might look like to turn this into a more regular, supported practice (and eventually a simple subscription offering).
This isn’t polished or perfect, it’s real, and it’s what I come back to daily to support my body, mind and nervous system.
What it will include:
5 weekday morning practices (30 mins max)
3 strength sessions [Mon |Weds|Friday]
Simple, at-home workouts to build strength, support bone density and feel more capable in your body. Use weights or household items e.g water bottles (20 mins)
Followed by breathwork & meditation (10 mins).
2 yoga sessions [Live Tues | Repeated Thurs]
Gentle yoga, mobility (20 mins) followed by breathwork & meditation (10 mins)
All sessions will be live on Zoom at 7am… and recorded so you can catch the replay in your own time if mornings don’t suit.
Why this?
Many people want a routine, but find it hard to stay consistent. They start with good intentions, do it in bursts… and then stop.
This isn’t about that.
This is about building a practice that can sustain you over decades... not an instant fix, but something steady, supportive, and real with a focus on longevity.
I believe the investment you make in yourself pays dividends not just in the future, but right now.
You feel it, often by the end of a single session, and importantly, you carry that into your day.
Over time, something deeper begins to shift.
First, you shape your habits.
Then, your habits begin to shape you.
The person you are today is, in many ways, the result of what you’ve practised up to now.
This is an opportunity to practise something different and to build a stronger, more consistent relationship with yourself.
This is about:
Feeling stronger without burning out
Moving in a way that supports, not punishes
Creating a rhythm that actually fits into real life
The Beta
This is a first iteration, and your feedback will shape what it becomes.
We started on Monday 20th April, this first month is a small group who are open to:
showing up (imperfectly is perfect)
trying it out
sharing honest feedback along the way
Cost
It is €35 per month for the beta group.
(Those who join now will get to keep this price going forward if you decide to stay; the cost will likely go up for the second round)
