A specialist in adolescent development with over 15 years of experience of working with teenagers, families and professionals.
I work with organisations to bring training in mindfulness, leadership, cognitive bias and conflict resolution aimed to enhance workplace wellbeing and team cohesion and connection to purpose.
I develop resources and train professionals on how best to work with children, teens and families.
I meet with young people, parents and adults who face a range of personal challenges including anxiety, low mood, depression, motivation and relationships difficulties.
I am passionate about supporting and changing the landscape in which children, young people, families, organisations and the planet can thrive.

Supporting Professional Development
I develop resources and train professionals to better meet the needs of children, families and their communities. I focus on national programmes and policies aimed at social change. To-date I have developed 15 resources to support professional development in human behaviour change across areas such as leadership, wellbeing, sexual violence prevention, offending behaviour, entrepreneurship, politics and sports performance.
