Your practice for today is the 'Compassionate Companion' meditation. Notice the effect this practice has on your physical sensations, emotions and thoughts. Consider how you might like to take this practice into your day. If possible reach out and connect. Remember to have a friend, you must be a friend.
Practice the compassionate companion a few times, even try with other compassionate companions. Reach out to loved ones and let them know that you love and appreciate having them in your life. Call, write letters or send a gift.
