Day 4: Self-Compassion is Not Narcissism
Today we will distinguish between Self-Compassion and Narcissism. Nor is it selfishness! Self-compassion promotes a more lasting sense of self-worth that is independent from the esteem of others. It is nurtured by a sense that we are okay as we are, including our vulnerabilities.
Practice for today is kindness to the body.

How can you meet this inner voice with kindness?
