Day 33: Letting Go
Today we explore what it is like to let go of our expectations, judgements, resistance, attachments and aversions.
Today your practice is to call to mind something you would like to let go of. Something you are resistant to, maybe you cling to something or have an aversion to something. Choose not the most difficult thing in your life but something you are happy to stay with for a while.
What are you resisting?
What are you consciously attached to that you find difficult letting go?
What are you consciously averse to that you find difficult letting go?
What is beneath this resistance to letting go?
What would life be like if you could let go of this thing?
