Day 25: Love or Fear?
Today we explore how all of our actions come from either love or fear. We look at how all emotional responses can be broken down to either love or fear. We notice the subtle and more profound differences when we come when we choose one over the other. We explore our personal responsibility around our reactivity and how taking things personally does not serve us. We also hear some beautiful words from Michael Singer.
Today your practice is a long body scan. This is to help get you out of your head and into your body. Approach it with love, always with love!

Explore your actions today and explore whether they come from love or fear.
If you notice them, then ask yourself the question 'what is underneath?'
