Today we explore how to send compassion to the many people working on our frontlines and essential workers during this pandemic. This includes exploring our very essence 'love' and a meditation on compassion.
Today your practice is a compassion meditation for frontline and essential workers. If you know people personally start with these and then as the practice continues you can expand this to take in other workers in this area known and unknown to you.
Write a Gratitude Letter
Today your extra practice is to write a gratitude letter to someone you know working on the frontline or an essential worker. If you don't know anyone personally consider writing a letter to someone in this area that you may know in passing.
Frontline or Essential Worker Receiving Gratitude
If you are working on the frontline or an essential worker, you might like to write a letter to a colleague or you may prefer to sit and imaging receiving love and appreciation from people in your town or city, known or unknown to you.
