Free Online Course Mindfulness & Compassion
This online course is aimed at teaching the skills, theory and practice of mindfulness and compassion to help during a time of crisis.
The aim of the course is to support people during the current crisis in learning skills of mindfulness (staying in the present) and compassion (heartful wise action). I hope this is helpful in some way.
The skills of mindfulness and compassion are like the wings of a bird, the bird can't fly without two wings, it needs both. We need both mindfulness and compassion to deal with the current crisis.
