This course enables participants to develop their leadership skills to manage themselves and their teams with inspiration and passion. It also will help to reduce stress, enhance clarity and creativity.

Utilise mindful communication in interactions.
Develop work practices that integrate opportunities for mindful moments which enhance clarity, creativity, focus and decision making.
Develop strategies to regulate emotional responses that challenge their ability to see clearly and make effective decisions.
Identify their hierarchy of values and clarify how they are living these values, where they may be in conflict and how to align them with the people around them.
Duration: 2 days in company with 3, 6 and 12-month follow-up support options.
