About the retreat:
Indulge in this deeply nourishing retreat. Each day will be spent going deeper into mindfulness meditations, spending time journaling and developing your curiosity for self-observation without judgement moment-by-moment. A perfect opportunity to escape inwards from the races and the rat race.
A variety of mindfulness meditation techniques will be explored including body scan, mindful movement and sitting meditation. As well as powerful questions and facilitated inquiry help to tap into your passion, creativity and inspiration. This awareness provides the opportunity to engage with life in a different way and is the foundation upon which new perspectives are built. As the emphasis is on bringing mindfulness into everyday life, home practice and journaling are also an important aspect of the course.
Option take part in the Esker Lunasa Bonfire on Saturday evening.

Cost €350 per person, includes accommodation, food, resources and teachings
Arrive Friday 5pm and depart Sunday 4pm.
